1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

* Must provide a form of legal documentation for your child

(Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Medi-cal benefits card, etc.)

* MUST be parent or legal guardian

* FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!

* Child needs to be present

* If sick, please stay home
